Sending a lil’ love greeting card

In between household chores and errands, I stole some time to play with a couple of card challenges! Fusion has a wonderful sketch up and I combined it with Simon’s challenge to create using little critters and Mama Elephant products. (Links to both sites are shared belownif you’d like to see more inspiration and play along.)

For the main layer, I partially cut a small decorative circle so that it would show behind our little critters. I layered this panel over a piece of gingham patterned paper which was cut a little larger so it would frame the main panel and also show behind the circle. Then I finished the card by adhering a strip of gray card backed but a little strip of red. Our little critters rest over the strips with dimensional adhesive and also anchor our sweet little sentiment.
