It’s November now but Christmas seems to be every where you look. I’m not ready… at all. I should probably be working on Christmas cards but I’m rebelling today. I just want to slow down and play with pretty autumn colors…
The fun fella on this card is from a Simon stamp set featuring 3 different gnomes. This one is paired with a spring-themed sentiment in the set, but by simply using autumn colors I was able to switch it up a bit.
This beautiful sentiment is die cut from copper foil and is backed with a coordinating layer cut from vellum. I love the light weight font and flow! To finish the card, I included copper thread and a few circles cut from the same foil paper to coordinate.
Aaaah! Autumn. Can we just enjoy it a few more days, please?
