Cheerful Christmas Fusion

I was walking through a craft store earlier this week and glanced over at the Christmas decor. It’s never bothered me to see it out early and this year is no exception. This time of year, I’m ready to start making Christmas cards and am not in panic-mode about having enough made. It’s just fun and games at this point 🙂

Speaking of fun… if you’ve visited me at all you know I consider sketch challenges fun! And I’m learning to love other kinds of challenges, too. The team over at Fusion provides a really neat one with options. (And who doesn’t love options?) If you haven’t tried them yet, let me show you what it’s all about…

Isn’t that cool?! A sketch and an image to really make your mind run free! I was inspired by the colors and how clean it all looks. Those combined with the sketch resulted in this:

dog (Penny Black), sentiment (Stampin’ Up! linked below)

I don’t know that I’ve ever made a yellow Christmas card but I admit I like it. It’s fresh and clean which allows the eye to settle on that cute little pup! Maybe this fusion will be the beginning of busting out of the challenge box! lol

Thanks for stopping by! For more ideas and inspiration or to join the challenge, visit the Fusion site here.
